 Legal Manager
 
Responsibilities
   
Serving as the in-house legal advisor to the Group on matters pertaining to litigation, contract, corporate and all other legal matters.
Vetting, drafting and providing legal advice on agreements and legal documentation.
Liaising and coordinating with external solicitors on all legal matters.
   
Requirements
   
Possess at least a Degree in Law.
At least 3 – 5 years’ of working experience in contracts and litigation work.
A mature individual who is focussed, pro-active and result-orientated.
Computer literate, able to manage deadlines and work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with all levels of management and employees.

 IT and Operations Auditor
 
Responsibilities
   
Perform operations and IT audit to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
Develop concise audit comments to improve controls and processes.
Consolidate and finalise audit reports with findings.
Lead the discussion of audit findings with auditees on the proposed recommendations.
   
Requirements
   
Possess/pursuing a degree/professional qualification in Accounting, Business or related disciplines.
Preferably with minimum 5 years risk based auditing experience in insurance, stockbroking, gaming, property, hotel and IT operations.
Sound knowledge of operational and IT control principles/pratices.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, result oriented, team player and able to work independently.
Required to travel.

 Internal Auditor
 
Responsibilities
   
Perform management audit to appraise the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
Perform operational audit to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
