Its properties include Menara Multi Purpose, a major skyscraper and landmark in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Located along Jalan Munshi Abdullah in midtown Kuala Lumpur, the tower is the headquarters to Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad and Multi-Purpose Insurans Bhd, as well as other listed companies. MPHB’s landbank includes Mimaland in Gombak, land in Rawang, Selangor, as well as a parcel located near the Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang.
